One of my first jobs in the “biz” was writing copy for a radio station and here it is 35 years later and I’m writing voice overs again….this time for Evergreen Homebuilders and their “site specific” radio station.  Every time a potential buyer drives near their two new subdivisions, they can tune into my voice presenting the invitation to “come on in and take a tour” and descriptions of all the amenities the homes have to offer.  I just finished writing and producing a series of 15 additional pieces of copy for Evergreen starring 8 professional voice over talent.  These pieces will be used inside their model homes and be “tripped” by dozens of sensors of potential homebuyers as they walk through the homes.
